Biosimilar and monoclonal antibodies
We produce bulk package recombinant antibody for our customers in HEK293 or CHO cells at 30-50 liters per batch. We also offering antibody design services.
We offer custom monoclonal antibody generation services using mouse immunization and hybridoma screening technology. Our workflow includes antigen review, mouse immunization, immune response monitoring, hybridoma fusion, clone screening, subcloning, and antibody characterization. We work closely with clients to design an antibody development strategy based on the target antigen, intended application, and desired antibody performance. Through hybridoma-based monoclonal antibody production, we aim to identify stable antibody-producing clones with strong specificity and binding activity. Screening can be customized for applications such as ELISA, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, Western blot, or functional assays, depending on the client’s project needs. Final deliverables may include selected hybridoma clones, purified monoclonal antibodies, screening data, and project reports.
